Badger GP – F1 Fan Meetup.
January 31, 2012 in F1, F1 2012, Formula 1
I see an awful lot of posts on Tumblr about people having to suppress their inner-Formula 1 fan while around their real life friends and can only really talk about it in great detail with people online. Fear not though UK Formula 1 fans, Badger GP are coming to the rescue.
On Sunday the 12th of February, Badger GP are hosting a Formula 1 fan meet up at the Roxy Bar and Screen in London. (It’s roughly 3 miles from London Euston train station).
It’ll be a great opportunity to get to know other Formula 1 fans and talk about your thoughts on the new cars and the upcoming season. They’ll be screening the film Grand Prix from 1966 and showing pictures of the 2012 cars. (The ones that have been unveiled that is.)
You’ll be able to chat to the guys behind Badger GP and to other Formula 1 bloggers such as Tommy Bellingham from WTF1.co.uk.
To find out more information about the event, go to Badger GP’s website.
Tickets are £4.50 or £8 for two tickets.
I will definitely be there, providing train tickets aren’t insane. I mean it’s on a Sunday for goodness sake, how can you justify over £20 for Birmingham New Street to London Euston one way?
Will you be joining me?
